Our State-of-the-art manufacturing plant has current capacity of 20,000 KL for Greases and 30,000 KL for Lubricants on a single shift. This manufacturing facility allows good scope of capacity scalability.

Our manufacturing plant land parcel is spread across 15,000 sq. m. in ideal geographical location at Additional Patalganga MIDC. Our plant is at close proximity with JNPT / Nhava Sheva Port, which has strategic cost advantage and enable efficient exports as well.

Our Production & Packing area coverage is 1840 sq. m. allowing ample space and maintain good manufacturing standards. Storage area coverage is 1840 sq. m. with the further scope of expansion vertically. BNBL Specialities plant layout allows seamless operations, adding new capacity, and multiple shifts in the future as the business expands.

Our Autonomous tank operates with minimal human intervention, employing vacuum transfer technology for effective filling and preventing cross-contamination.

Our facility is equipped with a weighing bridge with the capability of handling loads up to 60 tons, ensuring record keeping of all the materials being received and dispatched from the plant.
