BNBL Specialities (India) Pvt Ltd was started in 2019 under the leadership of its founder Mr. Sanjay Kumar Khemka, with a commitment to service the growing demand of quality Lubricants and Greases by large PSUs and MNCs in India.

BNBL Specialities has a state of the art manufacturing plant, which is strategically located in Additional Patalganga, around 50 km from Mumbai (India). We manufacture a wide range of high-end lubricating greases and specialty oils for the automotive and industrial sectors. Our company caters to the emerging markets of India, South Asia, Africa and Middle East.

PRODUCTS

LUBRICANTS & FLUIDS

We manufacture automotive lubricants such as Motorcycle oils (2 / 4 Stroke Engine Oil), Passenger Car Motor Oils, Diesel Engine Oils, Tractor Oils, Gear and Transmission Oils. We also have a wide product range in Industrial grades such as Hydraulic Fluids, Industrial Gear Oils, Metal Working Fluids, and Quenching Fluids. Our Research & Development and production team are fully equipped to develop speciality lubricating oils as per the customer’s requirement.

Our production lines can package oil from a wide range of SKU pack size ranging from 40 ml to 210 litres and in bulk.

GREASES

We manufacture greases for automotive applications such as Lithium, Lithium Complex, Calcium and Sodium based greases. We also have wide a product range in Industrial grades such as Lithium, Lithium Complex, Calcium and Clay based greases. Our Research & Development and production team are fully equipped to develop speciality greases as per the customer’s requirement.

Our production lines can package greases from a wide range of SKU pack size ranging from 50 gram to 180 kg.

BRAKE FLUIDS

We manufacture DOT 3 and DOT 4 Brake Fluids, used in hydraulic brake and hydraulic clutch applications in motorcycles, passenger cars and trucks. Our specially formulated brake fluids have properties of non-corrosion.

Our production lines can package brake fluids from a wide range of SKU pack size ranging from 100 ml to 210 litres.

COOLANTS

We manufacture coolants for passenger cars, trucks and other vehicles to keep the radiators from freezing or overheating. Our specially formulated coolants have properties that change the freezing and boiling points of water.

Our production lines can package coolants from a wide range of SKU pack size ranging from 500 ml to 210 litres and in bulk.

DEF / AUS 32

We manufacture Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), which is an aqueous urea solution, with a composition of 32.5% urea and 67.5% deionized water. Our DEF meets ISO 22241 specification, and is consumed in a selective catalytic reduction (SCR). Catalysts that lower NOx concentration in the diesel exhaust emissions from diesel engines.

Our production lines can package DEF from a wide range of SKU pack size ranging from 20 litres to 210 litres and in bulk.
